PU Foamed Garage Door Production Line is successfully tested running in our workshop. PU Foamed garage door prodcution line is designed to produce industrial garage doors. This PU foamed garage door production line is a continuous PU sandwich panel line that produces double-skinned sectional door panels with polyurethane insulated core. This garage door production line mainly consists of uncoiler, leveler, upper and lower roll formers, PU foam injection machine, hydraulic press, fly saw cutting system. Nowdays, garage door is widely applied in private garages and public parking lots. DOUBLE LAYER ROLLER CRAWLER LAMINATOR SYSTEM

The polyurethane mixture applied to the lower layer is transported to the laminator for curing simultaneously with the upper layer.
The dual track laminator is designed to control the pressure rising during the foam reaction. The unit consists of upper and lower slat chain belts. The side sealing chains on both sides are closed foam and also contain the pressure of the side sealing foam. The return wheel prevents the pitching effect of the slats as the chain bolt moves into the teeth of the sprocket. This measure prevents any distortion and scratching of the panel surface.
In addition, high-precision manufacturing methods such as gap tolerances, vertical offsets between slats, and parallelism between upper and lower straps are required to achieve the panel surface appearance requirements.
The double crawler machine is driven by two motors, one at the top and one at the bottom. The motor of the lower track acts as the pilot drive of the laminator and is electronically synchronized with the motor of the upper track to achieve completely uniform and parallel movement of the two slat chain belts.
The surface of the chain plate has been specially treated to achieve excellent scratch resistance and hardness, as well as corrosion resistance. The chain plate has superior heat transfer and heat distribution to better control the temperature of the foaming amount.
