1. The downpipe machine adopts PLC automatic control mode, which can automatically cut to length, bend at fixed arc, and shrink manually according to the input length, quantity, arc size and other parameters.
The production line is composed of loading rack, feeding guide device, roll forming device, cutting device, bending device, necking device, finished product bracket, electric control system, hydraulic system and so on.
The whole set of equipment adopts Delta inverter, PLC and touch screen, and Omron encoder counts, which can be controlled manually and automatically.
2. Product application:
Colored aluminum downspout, as the name implies, refers to a downspout made of pressed and bent color-coated rolls. The application of steel downpipes makes the steel building more integrated. There are a variety of elbows to match the downpipes, and more complex walls are also suitable.
