KR-18 standing seam metal roofing sheet roll forming machine
The KR-18Sheet is a profile rolled on site using a portable equipment that uses 2' tape for its manufacture. It is quick to install, its fixation is hidden by clips that are attached to the structure and hooked into the longitudinal overlap. Its drainage capacity is very good and it works excellent on roofs with low slopes.
Rolled on site with 24″ steel tape.

It has an effective width of 18” (45.72 cm), cant of 2.5” (6.35 cm); It is manufactured with 2' (61.0 cm) tapes; It is rolled with a mobile machine and can be rolled directly on site and on the structure, which gives the advantage of having no limit on the manufacturing length. It has the particularity of not being perforated, which guarantees that there are no water leaks. It is fixed to the structure using fixed or mobile clips that are integrated into the same mounting of the sheet; The crimping or cooking can be done with a crimping machine or manually with clamps.
One of the main advantage is that , is a waterproof cover eliminating overlapping cross because there no limit on the length of the tray , manufactured from a single piece of gutter to ridge.
