OMEGA PURLIN ROLL FORMING MACHINE
1.The omega keel forming machine is a light steel keel machine used to produce "omega purlin keels".Omega steel purlins are widely used and are mainly used for structural support and reinforcement of buildings. It is usually used to strengthen or improve the load-bearing capacity of buildings to achieve safer and more stable structural requirements. The omega profile steel purlin is made of hot-dip galvanized steel strip coils, which are rolled by the omega purlin roll forming machine. The omega steeel purlinthickness generally do 1.5mm, and the main models are 70*40, 50*30, and 38*25. Suitable for solar greenhouse frames, arch shed frames, etc. The omega-shaped steel frame has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy installation, no solder joints, corrosion resistance, large structural strength and load-bearing capacity, strong resistance to wind pressure and snow load, etc. It does not require uprights within 10 meters. 2. The roll forming machine is equipped with a fully automatic hydraulic decoiler, which automatically unwinds materials. The decoiler automatically matches the forming speed of the several-section steel machine; the several-section steel machine adopts a 110-type cast iron arch and chain drive (gearbox transmission is also optional). Equipped with an online punching device, the machine's rollers are made of Gcr15 bearing steel, and the roller material is wear-resistant and durable; the shearing is oblique shearing, so no waste is produced; the machine's electronic control configuration adopts Siemens configuration (other brand configurations are also optional) .
