Shelf beam forming machine is a beam equipment used to produce one of the shelf series components. The finished product is a beam. It is mostly used as a "shelf beam" as one of the light shelf components for goods display, placement, and product display in storage warehouses, supermarkets, shopping malls, and large and small shopping centers.

The price is decided to your profile width sizes ,height sizes and thickness. maximum 2 mm thick decided all machine parts should use bigger type. The machine can do 2 different sizes through changing whole set of rollers.

(pay attention: this is the best suitable forming stations, neither more nor less about the forming stations) 

Rollers material : Cr12 material with turning+quenching(hardness 58-62 degrees)+grinding+fine turning treatment which has good quality and this type of processing can guarantee the rollers' hardness meet international standard HRC 58-62 degrees and has good were resistance.(pay attention: the roller material neither made of 45# steels nor bearing steels)6.Machine stands: cast iron machine stands, 40 mm thick which can have good stable , high procession and will not be deformed when machine running.(pay attention: the thickness was 40 mm, not 30 mm or 20 mm )
